Items sold are as described; if shown in image, gear will look like
image, and sound good. Other than arriving in working condition,
used & vintage gear is sold with no warranty.
Shipping damage needs to be reported to the carrier;
and Tonefrenzy immediately, for you to make possible insurance
claims. Please check your purchase when received. Compensation
from loss/damage from insurer only.
Written return requests, must be received within 48 hours after
delivery for broken & "dead on arrival" gear, to arrange shipping.
is 15% on undamaged returns. You also pay for fully
insured, return shipping with signature at delivery. This protects
everyone from mysterious disappearance.
US Buyers:
Payments accepted by Paypal for confirmed shipping sddress; (please),
also US Cashiers Checks, Postal & Bank Money Orders, Western Union,
and personal checks from US. Please: no drafts, store MOs, Money
Market checks. Let's keep it simple.
Canadian Postal Money Orders OK too. If we don't know you, Money
Orders & checks, may be on "hold" up to 10 days, before shipping.
Payment by Paypal, Western Union & bank
wire transfer. Please don't ask for shipping documents to be
falsified for customs/duty etc. Airmail shipments overseas can't
be insured; only parcel post and EMS (Express Mail).
